Qualifications

• Must have completed the CNA course or equivalent training as required by State Regulation.
• CPR and First Aid training as mandated by the State.
• Experience with seniors, including those with Alzheimer's disease, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and activities of daily living.
• Assist with medications according to state regulations and document appropriately.
• Record services and communicate changes to RN or designee.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and monitor health status.
• Maintain cleanliness and assist with mobility, meals, and daily routines.
