Job summary

LCB Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Associate at The Residence at Vinnin Square in Swampscott, MA. You will provide for the needs of elders, including personal care and emotional support, following the approved service plan while promoting dignity and independence.

The role requires CNA or equivalent training, CPR/First Aid, and fluent English. Experience with seniors and dementia is preferred; state regulatory compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA or equivalent training and CPR/First Aid as required by State Regulation.
• Fluent English communication, both oral and written.
• Experience in direct care; dementia care preferred.
• Current license/certification as required by State Regulation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care per the approved service plan.
• Assist residents with medications according to State Regulation and document entries.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and social interactions.
• Document services in the community computer tracking system.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls and resident needs.
