Job summary

Commonwealth Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Associate to support residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will assist with daily tasks, document care, and follow individualized care plans, while upholding residents' dignity and comfort in a compassionate, team-oriented environment.

Full-time role with 6am–6pm or 6pm–6am shifts. Competitive hourly pay range $14.50–$18 plus benefits; weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Compassionate disposition and desire to serve seniors.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Flexible availability including weekends to ensure resident care.
• Proficient with basic office equipment and computers.

Responsibilities

• Directly assist residents with daily tasks and communicate care changes to supervisor.
• Aid residents with mobility using proper techniques and equipment.
• Perform routine care rounds according to individualized care plans.
• Assist with lifts, moves, and transport using proper body mechanics.
• Document daily care activities per policy and regulatory standards.
• Report issues to the supervisor promptly.
