Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site. You will supervise officers, coach staff, and act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and Field Operations Manager. The role requires 1+ years of security and supervisory experience, plus a valid driver’s license. Working schedule is Mon–Fri 3 PM–11 PM with solid benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience
• Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to prepare reports and logs in neat handwriting

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality services on a shift
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager and Field Operations Manager
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range
• Ensure timely and accurate reports and incident documentation
