Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a shift at an assigned customer, coordinating services and acting as a liaison between site leadership and officers. The role includes supervising staff, coaching, and ensuring quality service on the shift.

Qualified candidates will have 1+ year law enforcement experience or 2+ years as security supervisor/manager or 3+ years security experience, with state licensing as required.

Qualifications

• Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting; read and understand operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range to staff on assigned shift.
