Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum ninth grade education required.
• One year of custodial/related experience preferred.
• Physically able to perform duties including lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing ladders.
• May require a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Selects equipment and cleans floors in assigned areas.
• Operates custodial equipment (mops, vacuums, scrubbing machines).
• Collects and disposes of trash and garbage.
• Unloads supplies and stocks storage areas.
• Moves furniture and equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Maintains cleanliness of lavatories and wash basins.
• Assists in snow removal and lawn maintenance.
• Responds to emergencies and other duties as assigned.
