Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy is seeking a qualified Registered Behavior Technician to provide direct ABA therapy to children during weekday evenings and Saturday hours, working closely with BCBAs to implement approved programs.

You will collect behavioral data, document accurately, build trusting relationships with clients and families, and participate in regular supervision. The role emphasizes fun, engagement, independence during shifts, and a collaborative, supportive clinic culture.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification with the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to document data and complete required documentation on time.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients following BCBA programs.
• Engage with BCBA during supervision to receive feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children and their families to make sessions engaging.
