Westside Children’s Therapy Inc. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide play-based ABA therapy at the Lombard clinic.

The role collaborates with BCBAs to implement programs, collect data, and maintain timely documentation while engaging children and families in a positive, fun learning environment. Evening shifts Monday–Friday 3–7 pm and Saturday 8 am–2 pm offer weekday and weekend flexibility, with a total caseload under 20 hours weekly.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification with the BACB upon start.

Mansioni

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients for your assigned caseload, following programming written by a BCBA.
• Engage with BCBA during regular supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with the children on your caseload and make every session a fun experience.
