Westside Children's Therapy is seeking a Project Hope Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide play-based ABA therapy to children during weekday evenings and Saturday hours. You will work closely with BCBAs to implement programs, collect data, and ensure sessions are engaging and enjoyable.

The role emphasizes building meaningful relationships with children and families, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with a supportive clinical team in Shorewood, IL.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification with BACB upon start.

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients following BCBA programming.
• Engage with BCBA during supervision sessions for feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation on time.
