Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality, play-based ABA therapy. You will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts and families to support each child’s progress in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
• Engage with BCBA during supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
