Job summary

Westside Children’s Therapy is seeking a Project Hope RBT to deliver play-based ABA services during weekday evenings and Saturday hours. You will work closely with a BCBA to implement programs and support families, making therapy engaging and effective.

The role requires RBT certification, strong communication with families, and ability to manage sessions independently within the listed schedule, with a friendly and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification with the BACB upon start.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients following BCBA programming.
• Engage with BCBA during supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Build strong relationships with children on your caseload and keep sessions engaging.
