Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Must be able to pass a background screen and a drug screen.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Determine the most appropriate utilization of truck space in terms of route assigned, stops to be made, customer delivery demands, unloading efficiency, and maintain financial standards.
• Convey details of routes to the individual locations to ensure the effectiveness of the routed stops.
• Communicate with locations to identify improvement opportunities and address specific needs.
• Assist locations with calling customers for reschedules or updates.
• Review working and pending orders to ensure appropriate action is taken.
• Partner with locations to schedule “open orders.”
• Champion system upgrades, enhancements, and improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
