Job summary

Sofitel Philadelphia is seeking a dedicated housekeeping/guest service professional to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, maintain pristine guestrooms, and support guests with attentive, thoughtful service to reflect our luxury brand.

What you will be doing:

• Preparing and pampering our clientele with the highest level of service creating their "home away from home." You will create a "feel welcome" experience for all who enter our doors.
• Performing general and deep cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping and dusting, etc.
• Ensuring the highest level of guestroom cleanliness and immaculate preparation of our Sofitel Bed Concept for an exceptional sleep experience.
• You will interact with our guests and respond thoughtfully and independently while creating memorable experiences. You will exercise good judgment and a strong intuition to anticipate their needs.
