Seacrest Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a part-time RN Supervisor for 3 PM–11 PM on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and alternating Fridays in New Jersey. The role focuses on clinical leadership, regulatory compliance, and staffing supervision to ensure high-quality resident care.

You will oversee nursing activities, support staff, monitor conditions, and ensure adherence to care plans and physician orders. Proudly upholding our compassionate, resident-centered care standards.

Qualifications

• RN license to practice in New Jersey required.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Strong communication with staff, residents, families, and regulatory agencies.
• Solid knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and related laws/regulations.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure safe, effective, and timely resident care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and document interventions.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
• Communicate changes in condition or care needs with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Prioritize care and manage multiple residents based on urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations and safety standards.
• Promote teamwork and professional leadership to foster a positive work environment.
