Seacrest Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor for a part-time evening schedule (3 PM–11 PM Tue, Thu, and alternating Friday). The role provides clinical leadership, oversees nursing staff, and ensures regulatory compliance to support safe, high-quality resident care.

The ideal candidate holds an active New Jersey RN license with 2+ years in healthcare, current BLS CPR, and strong communication skills to collaborate with residents, families and the care team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN license in New Jersey.
• BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to supervise multiple residents and shifts in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication with staff, residents, families and regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care to ensure safe, effective, timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff on assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and document interventions.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans and facility policies.
• Communicate changes in condition to physicians and families.
• Assist in prioritizing care based on urgency.
• Promote adherence to nursing regulations and safety standards.
• Foster teamwork and professional leadership.
