Job summary

Elizabeth Nursing & Rehab Center in Elizabeth, New Jersey is seeking an Evening Supervisor (3-11) to lead nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care. The position requires an RN license, at least 1 year of supervisory experience in long-term care, and strong leadership and communication skills to motivate staff and maintain excellent resident

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff during evening hours to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services to residents
• Develop and implement staffing schedules to meet facility needs and ensure adequate coverage
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident care and identify areas for improvement
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
• Identify and address any issues during evening hours
• Maintain accurate records of resident care and facility operations
