Job summary
Apploi is hiring a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) for the evening shift, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This on-site role in New Jersey requires an active NJ RN license and prior nursing leadership experience.
The successful candidate will guide RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, support daily clinical operations, and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident care. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey RN license.
- Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing preferred.

Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
- Support daily clinical operations
- Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members
- Promote excellent resident outcomes and quality of care
- Assist with clinical decision-making and problem-solving
- Support and mentor members of the nursing team
- Help foster a positive, professional, and resident-focused environment
