Job summary

RiverWoods Manchester is seeking a Full Time LNA or MNA for the Evening Shift to provide direct resident care in a team-focused environment. This 32-hour-per-week role supports residents in daily activities and collaborates with a nursing team to maintain quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active NH LNA License is required.
• Experience with direct resident care for seniors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care and assists residents with activities of daily living to promote health and independence.
• Assists with mobility and functional nursing care (transfers, ambulation, ROM, lifts, positioning).
• Develops professional relationships with residents, families, staff and supervisors to ensure quality care.
• Follows care plans, completes routine assessments and measurements (TPR, BP, weights, samples, skin care, O2).
• Adheres to infection control, HIPAA, and resident rights policies.
• Supports residents in social and recreational activities and documents care provided.
