Job summary

RiverWoods Manchester is seeking a Part Time LNA or MNA for Evening Shift to provide direct resident care in a team-focused environment where residents are at the heart of what we do. This is a 24 hour a week position.

We offer competitive pay starting at $23.50+ / hr including shift differential, a $3000 sign-on bonus, 403(b) retirement plan with company match, earned time off, 6 paid holidays, 4 personal days, wellness programs, daily pay option, on-site fitness and meal program, and education

Qualifications

• Active NH LNA license required.
• Experience with senior citizens preferred.
• Desire to make a meaningful difference in a retirement community.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting).
• Assists with mobility and nursing care as per plan (transfers, ROM, lifts).
• Documents care and communicates changes to nursing staff and family.
• Adheres to infection control and resident rights policies.
• Encourages resident participation in social activities.
