Job summary

RiverWoods Manchester is seeking a Part-Time Overnight LNA to provide direct resident care in a team-focused environment where our residents are at the heart of what we do. This is a 24 hour a week position.

Benefits include competitive pay starting at $25.00+ with overnight differential, 403(b) retirement, earned time off, paid holidays and tuition reimbursement. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is available subject to eligibility.

Qualifications

• Active NH LNA License
• Prior experience working directly with senior citizens is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care and assists residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating and toileting to promote health and independence.
• Assists with mobility and functional nursing care including transfers, ambulation, ROM, splint application, positioning, sit stand lifts, Hoyer lifts, and whirlpool.
• Develops professional relationships with residents, family, co-workers and supervisors to enable open communication based on mutual respect.
• Assists with assessments and treatment procedures as defined by the State Nursing Practice Act and facility policy (TPR’s, BP’s, weights, specimen collection, skin care, O2 stats).
• Follows Infection Control guidelines and standard precautions; handles Biohazardous materials and isolation techniques.
• Supports care protocols including falls prevention, safety and elopement, behavior management and nutritional/hydration needs.
• Accepts assignments from the Nurse Leader; reports changes in condition; maintains care areas and resident belongings.
• Adheres to Resident Rights, HIPAA and emergency response protocols.
