Job summary

Ebenezer Ridges Care Center in Burnsville, MN, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to ensure safety and health needs of adult long-term care and transitional care unit patients are met. You will work with a team including nursing assistants, housekeeping, activities, culinary, social work, and more.

Responsibilities include coordinating medications, monitoring care plans, assessing resident goals, and documenting incidents and care provided.

Qualifications

• Current MN RN license or by start date.
• BLS required upon hire; proof of enrollment acceptable to renew/certify.
• BLS certification must be obtained within three weeks of hire.

Responsibilities

• Monitors personal cares to ensure alignment with Care Plans.
• Coordinates medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Assesses care plans and revises goals as needed.
• Provides reports and documentation of incidents and care.
