Qualifications

• Current MN RN license or by start date.
• BLS certification must be obtained within three weeks of hire.
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers.

Responsibilities

• Monitors personal cares to ensure consistency with each individual Care Plan.
• Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies.
• RN – Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises as needed.
• Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided.
