Ebenezer's Arbors at Ridges in Burnsville, MN is seeking a Resident Assistant to support residents’ personal care and health-related services, enhancing wellbeing.

The schedule features an evening shift (3-11:15 PM), 48 hours every two weeks, and every‑other weekend, with a full benefits package included. Training and RN oversight ensure safe, compassionate care in a senior living setting.

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of previous caregiving experience.
• Ability to use technology such as computers, handheld devices, cell phones and fax machines.
• If under 18, must be on the MN NA registry and the site must manage restrictions on passing medications or operating a mechanical lift.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal cares: bathing, nails, shaving, dressing.
• Support with hearing aids/glasses, hair care, feeding and toileting.
• Escort residents and perform 1-2 person transfers; use mechanical lift as directed.
• Administer medications or assist under RN direction; record vitals as directed.
• Perform home services, laundry, and follow shift cleaning schedules.
• Deliver meals and assist with dining room service; support social activities.
• Observe residents and report changes to staff; act as a mandated reporter when needed.
• Respond to emergencies and assist with building safety as required.
