Job summary

Mount Carmel Dublin, part of Mount Carmel Health System, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position. The role runs three 12-hour shifts per week, 11:00 am–11:30 pm, with rotating weekends and holidays.

The RN delivers patient care using the Nursing Process within organizational standards and collaborate with the care team. The role requires nursing school graduation and an Ohio RN license, with residency options for new grads.

Qualifications

• Graduate from school of nursing.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
• For Casual RNs 2 years of experience is required.
• New graduate nurses with less than one year of clinical experience are enrolled in the Nurse Residency Program.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care, ensures an environment of patient safety, promotes evidence-based practice and quality initiatives.
• Assesses and evaluates patient care for an assigned group of patients and collaborates with patient and family to develop a plan of care.
• Accurately communicates pertinent information to appropriate team members in a timely manner.
• Documents accurately and completely pertinent assessments, interventions and outcomes for patients.
• Assumes responsibility and accountability for care provided and documented by other care givers.
