Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Hire, train, and develop associates.
• Manage performance through coaching, appraisals and disciplinary actions.
• Uphold customer service standards and store presentation for evening operations.
• Provide leadership aligned with Food Lion principles and values.
• Control store funds and assets and ensure loss prevention.
