Amazon Inc. is seeking a Retail Lead Associate (Reduced-Time) for Customer Experience Operations in Lakewood, CO. You will be the face of Amazon, delivering service with a customer-obsessed mindset, and assisting with floor leader responsibilities.

You must be available Tue–Sat 2:45pm–9:15pm, work 30–39 hours weekly, and start at $22.40 per hour with benefits. The role requires adaptability, attention to detail, and focus on delighting customers in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail or customer-facing experience, or 1+ years floor leader or other leadership, or 1+ years Amazon experience.

Responsabilités

• Interact with customers using engagement strategies and model desired behavior.
• Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and count product.
• Provide peer-to-peer feedback and act as escalation point for issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience and operations.
• Identify barriers and trends to improve customer and associate experience.
• Assist manager in maintaining site safety and quality standards.
• Operate in a fast-changing and ambiguous environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for long shifts; climb stairs as needed.
