Job summary

Michaels in North Charleston, SC is seeking store team members to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will assist with truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining a well-merchandised store.

Cross trained in framing selling and production, you will participate in store recovery, SISO/AD set duties, and contribute to a safe, positive shopping environment. Nights, weekends, and early mornings included.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Encourage and enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on VOC survey and gather feedback.
• Assist with Omni channel processes: Buy Online Pickup In Store and Ship From Store.
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) execution.
• Maintain store recovery, manage returns/go backs, and keep shelves in stock.
• Support store in-stock optimization and AD set duties; assist shrink and safety programs.
• Follow SOPs and company policies; uphold professional conduct.
