Circle K in West Columbia, SC, is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, coach the team, and partner with the management team to uphold Brand standards. The RAM will lead shifts, ensure food safety, and drive guest satisfaction.

This role requires evenings and weekend availability, a valid state driver’s license, and a commitment to performance metrics, training, and operating brand standards.

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team
• Produces second interviews for team members and shift leads
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties
• Directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with Brand, Company, and health regulations
• Coaches team members to follow guidelines for food preparation and production management
• Ensures product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
• Monitors and ensures accuracy of all cash, sales, and inventory control records for the shift
• In RM absence, completes daily/weekly/end-of-period paperwork and inventory counts
