Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Little River, SC to support daily restaurant operations and lead the team in the absence of the RM. The RAM coaches staff, ensures food safety, and maintains Brand standards to guarantee guest satisfaction.

The role includes managing cash and inventory, training new product procedures, and handling end-of-day reports. A strong candidate demonstrates integrity, urgency, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required.
• Valid state Driver’s License required
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team
• Conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties
• Directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with Brand, Company, and health department regulations
• Cascades relevant information to team members and assists with new product training
• Monitors and ensures accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory records; completes end of shift paperwork
