New Narrative seeks a Residential Support Specialist for Sunday, Monday and Friday swing shifts (3:00pm-11:00pm) in Oregon. The RSS collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to support residents in mental health residential programs, focusing on daily living skills and therapeutic activities.

You will provide hands-on support with daily tasks, meals, activities, and medication routines while upholding safety, autonomy, and person-centered care in a community setting.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR certification is preferred, as is Naloxone administration.
• QMHA credentials preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Actively engage residents to support movement toward goals and transition planning.
• Assist with activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living.
• Provide hands-on support in appointments, hygiene, and medications as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and group activities to support community engagement.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization of the living environment.
• Document shift notes and incident reports per policy and Oregon rules.
