Job summary

On the Road to Wellness is a non-clinical, peer-led mental health organization serving adults in Manchester, NH since 1988. We offer free peer support and operate walk-in centers in Manchester and Derry, NH, with a focus on connection, dignity, and community.

The role involves joining the Step-Up Step-Down program as a peer-support team member, using lived experience to empower residents toward stability and recovery, while maintaining safety and respect for individual paths.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer-led support to adults in Manchester.
• Create a supportive environment to foster recovery and wellness.
• Collaborate with staff and peers to deliver programs and services.
• Participate in training and program planning as needed.
