On the Road to Wellness in Manchester, NH is seeking per diem Residential Peer Support Specialists to join our Step-Up Step-Down residential team. The role offers flexible shifts and no guaranteed hours, with pay at $17.00 per hour, biweekly.

This peer-led program supports adults through recovery in a home-like setting, requiring compassionate, reliable, and independent work. As part of a 24/7 operation, per diem staff provide coverage as needed and may participate in training to become NH Peer

• Willingness to complete training to become a Certified New Hampshire Peer Support Specialist within one year of hire.
• The ability to work independently while also functioning collaboratively as part of a peer-led residential team.
• The ability to adapt to the changing needs of a 24-hour residential environment.
