Job summary

On the Road to Wellness seeks a Part-Time Peer Support Specialist for our Derry walk-in centre. This role centers on lived experience, providing non-clinical support, and connecting adults with wellness resources.

You will join a dedicated team delivering walk-in peer support, group facilitation, and PATH-based wellness planning in a welcoming setting in Derry, NH. The position offers up to 25 hours/week and pays $18.00/hour.

Qualifications

• Lived experience used appropriately in peer support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to obtain NH Peer Support Specialist certification within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one peer support to participants.
• Facilitate or co-facilitate group sessions at the walk-in centre.
• Welcome participants and connect them with community resources.
• Assist with PATH wellness planning and goal setting.
