Bridge Over Troubled Waters in Boston, MA seeks a Residential Counselor to engage youth and manage the milieu across Welcome Center, ER, or TLP/SPH. The role covers planning activities and maintaining a safe, welcoming, therapeutic community, with a 2pm–10pm shift.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of youth work, a related bachelor's degree, and strong crisis intervention and conflict‑resolution skills. Flexibility is required as responsibilities may evolve with program needs.

Qualificações

• One to two years of experience working with youth ages 18-24 in relevant settings.
• Ability to identify and implement problem-solving strategies; crisis intervention and conflict resolution skills.

Responsabilidades

• Engage youth, build rapport, and monitor program spaces to ensure safety.
• Plan and conduct recreational and daily life activities; maintain a clean, organized environment.
• Attend meetings, support facilities management, and maintain client records.
