ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a Residential Care Associate I at Bell Cove RTH/PSRB in Brookings, Oregon. You will provide caring companionship, assist with daily living activities, meal prep, and transport clients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Qualifications

• Caregiving and/or mental health experience preferred
• Dedication to wellbeing and assisting residents with ADLs/IADLs

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and daily living assistance to clients
• Assist with personal care, meals, transportation, and activities
• Under RN guidance, pass medications and follow prescribed care plans
