Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services seeks a compassionate Residential Care Associate I to support clients in Multnomah County. You will assist with daily living activities, meals, and transportation under RN supervision, helping residents maintain independence and dignity.

We offer paid training, a dynamic team, and growth opportunities in a nonprofit behavioral health setting. A valid driver's license and willingness to work varied shifts are required; bilingual candidates receive a language differential.

Qualifications

• Caregiving or mental health experience preferred.
• Ability to assist with ADLs/IADLs and daily living tasks.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to pass background checks and provide documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services under RN guidance.
• Assist with meal preparation and food purchasing as needed.
• Transport clients to activities and appointments.
• Maintain documentation of services per productivity standards.
