ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a Residential Care Associate I at Bridestone RTH in Wilsonville, Oregon. You will provide compassionate companionship, assist with daily living activities, meal prep, and support that helps residents maintain independence under RN supervision.

You will transport residents, document services, and participate in paid MHACBO-accredited training, while adhering to program rules and safety guidelines. This is a part-time night shift in a licensed residential setting.

Qualifikationen

• Caregiving or mental health experience preferred.
• Ability to pass DHS background check and have a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to learn and work under RN supervision.

Aufgaben

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance to residents.
• Assist with meals, transport, and medication administration as delegated.
• Maintain documentation and ensure safety and compliance with productivity standards.
