Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services in Medford, Oregon, is seeking a Residential Care Associate I at the Beckett Center to provide companionship and assist with daily tasks under RN supervision.

The role supports residents in developing daily living skills, meal cleanup, and transportation for treatment services, with a Friday–Monday 2:00pm–10:30pm schedule and a pay range of $21.42–$22.07 per hour DOE/Credentials.

Qualifications

• Caregiving and/or mental health experience is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide caring companionship and assistance with daily tasks.
• Provide personal care services and support ADLs/IADLs.
• Assist with meal preparation, cleanup, and food purchasing.
• Pass medications under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Transport clients to and from the program as needed.
• Maintain documented records in accordance with productivity standards.
