Wedgwood Christian Services is seeking an Evening Campus Supervisor to oversee our residential campus for youth ages 10–18, during evening and weekend shifts. You will provide real-time leadership, support multiple homes, and respond to crises to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, staff development, and coordination across clinical and facilities teams. A related degree and experience in a CCI are required, with compensation including weekend

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Human Services) from an accredited college.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Child Caring Institution (CCI) for a Bachelor’s degree path.
• Alternative pathways: Associate’s degree with 3+ years in a CCI or High School diploma with 4+ years in a CCI.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and real-time support to staff in 9 residential programs.
• Conduct routine safety rounds and ensure program consistency.
• Respond to and oversee crisis situations, including injuries and risk management.
• Serve as on-call administrative representative and ensure policy adherence.
• Support documentation, incident reports, and program records.
• Maintain organized campus activity logs and communication records.
• Collaborate with therapists, nursing, and leadership to ensure coordinated care.
• Coach, give feedback, and mentor direct care staff for growth.
• Assist with staff scheduling and adjustments based on acuity.
• Maintain a safe, clean campus environment with Facilities.
• Contribute to policies that support a therapeutic milieu.
• Serve as a certified trainer (Aegis/CPR-First Aid).
• Support campus programming and youth engagement.
