Wedgwood Christian Services seeks a Youth Treatment Specialist to provide direct care in a trauma-informed residential program for adolescent boys (ages 14-18). You will implement individualized plans, foster a safe living environment, and support youth in building resilience and healthy identity.

The role emphasizes collaboration with therapists, case managers and school partners, with evening shifts on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Alignment with Wedgwood’s faith, vision and values.

Responsabilités

• Implement individualized treatment plans with therapists and case managers.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment grounded in the Sanctuary Model.
• Build mentoring relationships using trauma-informed approaches.
• Use de-escalation and crisis intervention to support behavioral regulation.
• Model healthy communication, problem-solving and daily living skills.
• Support youths in developing life skills and positive identity.
• Administer medications as assigned and document records accurately.
• Transport residents to appointments, school, court or activities.
