Job summary

Wedgwood Christian Services is seeking an Evening Campus Supervisor to manage operations on our residential campus in the Grand Rapids area. The role focuses on ensuring a safe, therapeutic environment for youth ages 10–18, guiding staff across multiple homes, responding to crises, and upholding trauma-informed care throughout all programs.

The position involves evenings and every-other-weekend shifts, with compensation at $25–$27 per hour, plus holiday overtime and employer-paid training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Human Services and 2+ years in a CCI
• Associate’s degree with 3+ years in a CCI
• High School diploma with 4+ years in a CCI
• Strong knowledge of residential treatment and youth care practices
• Valid driver’s license
• Alignment with Wedgwood’s Statement of Faith, vision, and values

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and real-time support to staff across 9 residential programs
• Monitor safety and program consistency through rounds
• Respond to crisis situations and risk management concerns
• Serve as on-call administrative representative for policies and licensing
• Mentor and coach direct care staff to strengthen performance
• Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, and leadership for coordinated care
