Job summary

Wedgwood Christian Services seeks a Residential Home Supervisor for the VanderArk B Program (Girls ages 12–17). The role leads daily operations of a trauma‑informed residential home, coaching a direct care team and partnering with clinical leadership to ensure a safe, therapeutic environment.

You will guide staff training, supervise scheduling and payroll tasks, and ensure licensing and program quality standards while fostering a positive team culture and family partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of Youth Treatment experience or equivalent.
• Associate’s degree with 3+ years Youth Treatment experience.
• High School diploma with 4+ years Direct Care experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to transport youths when needed.
• Familiarity with residential treatment programming and the role of Developmental Care Specialists.
• Commitment to Wedgwood Christian Services’ faith-based mission.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a Developmental Care Specialist team, providing coaching and evaluation.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and professional development for staff.
• Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment and high‑quality youth care.
• Collaborate with clinicians and program leadership on treatment plans.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll support, and licensing compliance.
• Build relationships with families, partners, and internal departments.
• Participate in interviews and mentoring of new staff and interns.
