National Church Residences is seeking a Resident Assistant for full-time evening shift to provide direct care and support daily living activities for residents. You will assist with routines, safety, documentation, and quality of life in a respectful, compliant environment.

The role requires strong communication in English, attention to hygiene, and teamwork with nurses and staff. We emphasize resident dignity, HIPAA standards, and ongoing education within our mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and World Wide Web.
• High school diploma or GED preferred or currently enrolled in a program to achieve preferred education.
• Two to four years preferred experience in a care or residential setting.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct care to residents and assist with activities of daily living.
• Assist with vitals, documentation, and reporting changes to supervisors.
• Respond to call lights promptly and maintain resident dignity and privacy.
• Assist in training and orientation of new staff as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of resident rooms and common areas.
