Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred or currently enrolled in a program to achieve preferred education.
• Experience: Two to four years preferred.
• Mental: Must have good communication, comprehension, and interpersonal skills.
• Skills: Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and World Wide Web.
• Licensure: N/A

Responsibilities

• Provides direct resident care and daily living assistance.
• Assists with activities of daily living and restorative nursing care.
• Measures and records vitals; gathers weights and other documentation.
• Maintains cleanliness of resident rooms and living areas; supports new admissions.
• Documents resident information accurately and confidentially.
