Job summary

Cornerstone Management is seeking a Resident Assistant for full-time evening shifts (2:00pm-10:00pm) in Preston, MN. The role involves providing personal care and related services to residents according to individualized service plans, under the supervision of the Healthcare Coordinator.

A CNA is not required, but CPR certification is preferred. The position emphasizes compassionate, respectful care, maintenance of a safe environment, and adherence to HIPAA.

Qualifications

• Provides personal care and related services per individualized service plan (ISP).
• May be a Certified Nurse’s Aide but not required.
• Maintains confidentiality per HIPAA and follows safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities (hygiene, grooming, dressing, mobility).
• Monitor residents and report status changes to supervisor.
• Document care provided and progress notes in a timely manner.
• Follow ISP and daily task sheets for each resident.
• Participate in mandatory trainings and in-service meetings.
