Parkside Manor, LLC is seeking a compassionate nursing assistant for a part-time evening shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) to provide direct resident care in a supportive setting. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor changes, and follow established care plans, ensuring safety and comfort while documenting care provided.

The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and adherence to procedures, with opportunities for training and ongoing support in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification required by state or facility regulations.
• Experience in long-term care, assisted living, hospital, or similar setting preferred.
• Compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, care plans and procedures.
• Dependable attendance and reliability for scheduled evening shifts.
• Ability to safely perform physical tasks related to resident care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, behavior, or needs to the nursing team.
• Support resident safety by following care plans, infection control procedures, and facility policies.
• Help with positioning, transfers, and ambulation using proper techniques and equipment.
• Provide assistance with meals, hydration, and general comfort measures.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided as required.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with residents, families, and team members.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests within the scope of practice.
