Cornerstone Management is seeking a Resident Care Partner to support seniors with personal care in a compassionate, person-centered environment. The role works evenings and involves assisting residents with daily activities, monitoring health needs, and following care plans under supervision.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, adhering to HIPAA, and participating in trainings. CPR certified candidates are preferred for this full-time/part-time position in a team-based setting.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 1 year of care-giving experience (preferred).
• CPR certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist residents with personal care per ISP.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, clean and respectful environment for residents.
• Attend trainings and adhere to community policies.
