Cornerstone Management’s Assisted Living communities seek a Resident Care Partner for full-time overnight shifts (10:00 pm–6:00 am). The role provides personal care per individualized service plans under the supervision of the Healthcare Coordinator and may align with Certified Nurse’s Aide duties, though not required.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, vital signs as needed, documenting progress, maintaining a safe, clean environment, and supporting resident

Formación

• Caregiving experience: 1 year preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
