Job summary

Morning Pointe Senior Living is seeking a Resident Assistant/CNA for the Evening Shift to support residents in a caring, secure environment. The role emphasizes compassion, teamwork, and a can-do attitude as you assist with daily living activities and contribute to a quality care environment.

You will participate in training opportunities, help with meals, dressing, grooming, and daily routines, and collaborate with staff to promote dignity and wellness for all residents.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and dependable work ethic.
• Able to read and write.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for activities of daily living to meet physical, emotional, and social needs with respect and dignity.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, perineal care, laundry, bed making, and related duties.
• Assist residents with meals and snacks.
• Assist with setup, service and feeding as needed.
• Perform housekeeping duties as necessary.
