Job summary

Cornerstone Management is seeking a Resident Assistant for its assisted living communities in the United States. You will provide personal care in accordance with individualized service plans, record vital signs, and support the supervising nurse under the Healthcare Coordinator’s guidance.

The evening shift runs 2:00pm–10:00pm, with both full-time and part-time opportunities. Prior caregiving experience is preferred; CPR certification is optional but encouraged; excellent communication and

Qualifications

• Provide personal care according to documented service plans (ISP).
• Record vital signs and report deviations to supervising nurse.
• Communicate changes in resident status to the supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities and encourage resident engagement.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for residents; adhere to infection control procedures.
• Attend required trainings and follow community policies.
